Bridging Mathematical Rigor with Scalable Computational Engines
HKSACT's publications seek to strengthen the specialty of computer science globally, especially in the field of algorithms and computing technology, and support the ongoing professional development of computer science practitioners. We advance these goals through holding academic conferences and publishing research papers in conference proceedings or peer-reviewed, open-access journals.
The editorial board comprises international scholars dedicated to rigorous peer evaluation, rapid dissemination of breakthrough research, and comprehensive open-access indexing.
Author Guidelines: How to Publish in IJACT
Authors must ensure their manuscripts strictly adhere to the following six academic protocols prior to formal submission.
Manuscript Specifications
The papers should be at least 10 pages, single column, written in English and clearly state the title, objective, method, results, and conclusion with major keywords. All papers submitted will be checked for plagiarism.
Originality & Prior Publication
The papers should be original work of the author(s), and no portion of the paper (including, but not limited to, graphics and figures) has been previously published. The paper is not currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.
Turnitin Anti-Plagiarism Check
The papers prior to submission should be checked for plagiarism from licensed plagiarism tools like Turnitin or CrossCheck. The similarity content should not exceed 20% (in any case either self contents or others).
Ethical Citations & Attribution
All sources, models, datasets, figures, and concepts derived from prior publications must be explicitly and accurately cited. Derivative or secondary use of existing materials without proper scholarly attribution is strictly prohibited.
Double-Blind Peer Review
All submissions undergo rigorous double-blind evaluation by at least two independent expert referees. Authors must address reviewer feedback and submit required revisions prior to formal editorial acceptance.
Article Processing Charge (APC)
The article processing charge (APC) is payable when a manuscript is accepted after peer review, before it is published. HKSACT provides fee waiver subsidies for authors from designated low-income institutions.
